Ⅰ. Material analysis
本節課為本話題的最后一課時，主要活動為1，project。
Section D是一節復習課，在綜合復習Section A-C的詞匯、語法和功能句的基礎上，鞏固學生本話題的學習內容。學生將在任務1的閱讀環節中，了解到好心情對人們的身心健康的重要性，學會通過參加適當的運動，擁有健康的飲食習慣、充足的睡眠， 遇到問題主動向老師和同學請求幫助等來保持好的心情，克服不良情緒，并學會照顧自己。在最后的生成環節，要求學生準備關于如何保持好的心情的演講稿，拓展延伸所學內容，檢測學生綜合運用語言的能力。 Ⅱ. Teaching aims Knowledge aims：
1. 學生正確朗讀出單詞表所有單詞及短語，能正確拼讀、書寫并運用黑體單詞。 3. 學生能自如地談論如何擁有好的心情。
4．學生能綜合運用本課短語、句型寫出關于克服不良情緒，學會保持好的心情的短文。 Skill aims：
1. 能聽懂與課本內容難度相當的，有關保持好心情的相關材料。
2. 能正確運用本話題所學內容，比較流利地談論如何克服不良情緒，照顧自己的話題。 3. 能閱讀有關如何克服不良情緒的短文，并能做出相關的閱讀練習。
4. 能綜合運用本話題的語法，詞匯，句型寫出影響自己心情的事物, 自己又是怎樣克服 這些不良情緒的短文。 Emotional aims：
通過本節課的學習，讓學生明白積極的情緒可以幫助他們健康成長，有利于他們 的身心發育，所以要注意保持好的心情，懂得克服不良情緒，學會照顧自己。 Ⅲ. The key points and difficult points Key points：
1. 學生能正確拼讀、書寫并運用黑體單詞，掌握描寫情緒和情感的形容詞及相關短語和表達。
