     Teach the students to practice reading the words for describing people.       Then ask students to match the pictures with words from the list.       Listen and fill in the blanks in the conversation. Step Ⅲ 1c 
 1 Demonstrate a new conversation with another student.  2 Then ask students to practice similar conversations in pairs. 
 3 Ask different students to describe their friends and the rest to find them. StepⅣ 2a 
    Play a recording of three conversations.     Students listen and circle “is” or “has”.     Check the answers.    StepⅥ. 2b 3 
        1 Play the same recording again. Listen and write the descriptions of Sally and Pete in the chart. 
 



        2 Go last answers. 
        3 Complete the conversation with words to describe lily’s new friend. 
        4 Check the answers by asking two students to read their completed conversation. StepⅦ 3a   3b 
     1 You’re to read the other three descriptions and match them to the correct pictures.      2 Get students to do the activity individually. 
     3 Work in pairs. Students B ask your partner questions to find the people.    Step Ⅷ 4 
         Ask different students to describe a person in the class while their classmates guess who it is.   StepⅨ Summary

     Match the words with the pictures. Write the letter of each picture before the words.   Get students to do the activity individually. 
  Fill in the blanks by putting famous person’s names on the write-on lines. Ask different students to share their completed sentences with the class.    Step Ⅲ 2a, 2b 
       1 Listen and write down what the two persons’ jobs are. 
       2 Play the same recording again. Write what each person looks like in the chart. StepⅣ 2c 
       Put students into groups of four. Take turns telling what your favorite musician, actor or athlete looks like to your group mates. StepⅤ 3a  3b 
      Get students to read the article and fill in the blanks in the chart.       Point the pictures below. Elicit the answer to the second blank.       Get the students to do the activity on their own. StepⅥ 3c   4 
      1 Write about your favorite actor or musician. You may use the articles in a and 3b as a guide. 
      2 First you each draw a picture of a person on a piece of paper.       3 Then tell your classmates what the person looks like.  StepⅦ 1  2  3  Just for fun 
      1 Ask students to check all the words they know. 
      2 Ask students to write five new words in their Vocab-builder.       3 Have a careful look at the people and describe what they look like. 
      4 Ask all the students to look at the cartoon pictures and read the conversation. Step Ⅷ Summary  
Summary the knowledge of this unit. StepⅨ Homework
