本單元主要圍繞“問路和引路”這一主題展開各種教學(xué)活動(dòng)，并以這一主題引出地點(diǎn)的單詞，問路的疑問句及其回答等語言功能。在整個(gè)單元學(xué)習(xí)中注意給學(xué)生創(chuàng)造一個(gè)輕松、快捷記單詞、愉快的學(xué)習(xí)、交流的環(huán)境，通過聽、說、讀、寫來培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合運(yùn)用知識(shí)的能力。并讓學(xué)生能在“做中學(xué)”（learning by doing），通過有限的課堂實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，注意觀察別人的行動(dòng)，能準(zhǔn)確地用英語來表達(dá)。通過本單元教學(xué)，使學(xué)生能運(yùn)用所學(xué)英語，正確地詢問路線和指路。
