【教材簡析】 
本節課是六年級上冊Unit 2第五課時Read and write部分，包括讀、寫和語音三
部分內容。第一部分要求學生閱讀圖片和文段并回答兩個問題；第二部分為有意義的以讀促寫活動，分為兩個步驟：第一步為前文提到的小朋友選擇交通建議，第二步為朋友制作交通安全建議的海報；第三部分為語音意識培養，要求通過示例掌握文段中的連讀現象。 【教學目標】 知識與技能目標： 
1.全體學生能夠理解文本情境，理解并讀懂文本； 
2.全體學生能夠通過閱讀問題訓練，在語篇中找出關鍵詞。 3.大部分學生能復述文本大意。 
4.學生能夠合作完成交通安全海報的設計。 過程與方法目標： 
1. 學生通過讀圖、尋找關鍵詞、細節推理等進行閱讀方法訓練。 2. 通過語音示例理解英語中常見的連讀現象，培養良好的預感。 3. 通過海報制作活動，培養學生的合作交際能力。 情感態度與價值觀目標： 珍愛生命，注意交通安全。 【教學重難點】 
重點：1.讀懂文本，了解不同地方的孩子必須因地制宜選擇不同的交通方式。 
2. 為不同的交通方式提供對應的安全建議。 
難點：1.新單詞Munich, Germany, Alaska, Papa Westray, Scotland等。 
2.根據文本內容進行細節的推理。 
教具：CAI，some pictures and word cards. 【教學過程】 StepI: Warm-up.

Step 2: Presentation Pre-reading 
1. (Show the first picture.)  What can you see in the picure? 
There are mang dogs. How do they come to school?What’s this? It’s a sled. (Pay attention to the pronunciation.) Learn to say the new phrase.Do you come to school by sled? Maybe some children go to school by sled. 
2. (Show the second picture.) What is this? Is it a ship ?  No, it’s a ferry. Compare:very ---ferry    How do they go to school?     Learn to say:by ferry. If you go to school by ferry , you should wear a life jacket. 【設計意圖：讀圖，學習新單詞，為閱讀掃清障礙�！� While-reading Read and answer.  
Question:How many ways to go to school can you find?  
1.The first reading: Read the text quickly and underline the ways to go to school with “—” , the places  with “﹏”.
