知識目標:
通過閱讀趣味故事,復(fù)習(xí)鞏固三四年級有關(guān)食物話題的語言及詞匯,增加學(xué)生語言的輸入。
能力目標:
1、能夠朗讀并分角色表演故事。
2、能夠恰當運用已知語言,模擬點餐情境創(chuàng)編新的故事。
情感目標:
滲透生活常識:做人要講誠信;合理點餐,拒絕浪費,打包剩菜。
2重點難點
教學(xué)重點:
理解并能分角色表演故事。
教學(xué)難點:
句型“Anything else? Here’s your bill.”的運用。
3學(xué)情分析
學(xué)生年齡在十歲左右,生性活潑好動,喜歡直觀形象思維,對游戲競賽特別感興趣。學(xué)生從三年級開始學(xué)習(xí)英語,至今已積累了一定的詞匯,具有一定的英語表達能力,而且有了一定的英語思維能力。學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)本節(jié)課內(nèi)容已經(jīng)學(xué)過了句型Can I help you? Welcome! Hello! What would you like? I’d like some … Would you like some…? Yes, please. /No, thanks.已經(jīng)掌握了食物飲料類的的詞匯rice, beef, noodles, soup, vegetables, juice, egg, cake, milk, fish, bread, hamburger,故事表演是學(xué)生喜愛的一項學(xué)習(xí)活動。學(xué)習(xí)有趣的故事,用英語去表演故事對他們來說是一件非常新鮮、有趣的事。

活動1【導(dǎo)入】Warm－up
1). Play a game.

2).Ask and answer

What would you like?
Ask and answer like this.
用故事中出現(xiàn)的小鳥做熱身活動,為后面的故事呈現(xiàn)做鋪墊。通過趣味游戲復(fù)習(xí)鞏固已知的食物單詞和重點句型,調(diào)動課堂氣氛,為學(xué)生架起一座由中文思維向英語思維過渡的橋梁。
活動2【講授】Presentation
1). Meet Mr. Cat and Zip
Who is he? He is Mr Cat. He has a restaurant.
Who is coming? Zip.
Why does Zip come to the restaurant? Because she is hungry.
And Mr Cat says,: Hello! What would you like?
What can Zip say?
She can say: I’d like some…
Let’s guess what Zip would like to eat.
出示故事圖,通過對故事圖的討論引出故事中的人物、地點以及故事發(fā)生的背景,讓學(xué)生對故事的發(fā)生有個大致的認識,然后提出問題猜一猜Zip想吃什么,問題的提出,會讓學(xué)生有話可說,并且圍繞著本單元的主要話題來展開,激發(fā)了學(xué)生的語言表達的欲望。

Watch the story of Picture 1. And choose the right answers.

Watch the story of Pictures 2-3. And choose the right answers.
Does she want anything else? Let’s ask her.練習(xí)句型Anything else?
Watch the story of Picture 4. And choose the right answers.
通過設(shè)問——詢答,分段觀看故事,層層引導(dǎo)學(xué)生深入故事、了解故事,體驗故事的趣味性。
3).I can say.
Zip has eaten so much food. Can you eat them all?
If you’re Zip, what would you like? Anything else?
通過師生對話、生生對話,對主要句型進行對話操練,提高其語言表達能力。
4).Talk about the end.
Look at the Picture 5. Here’s a paper in Mr Cat’s hand. It’s a bill. What happened then?
Watch the end and talk about how Mr Cat and Zip feel.
The bird takes away the bill. How does Mr Cat feel?
Is Mr Cat happy or angry?
How about Zip? Choose the right answer.
    A. Oh, no bill. Ha-ha.
    B. Oh, I’m sorry, Miss Cat. Here’s ￥55.
All the students choose B, you’re honest.
Tell the students: You should be honest.
揭示故事的結(jié)尾,這是學(xué)生們沒有想到的,會帶給他們一個大大的驚喜。同時,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生觀察圖片,并適時的進行德育教育,做一個講誠信的人。

活動4【活動】Consolidation
Go to the food street.  The Chinese restaurant and KFC. Choose your favourite restaurant to make a new conversation.
這個環(huán)節(jié)旨在讓學(xué)生的課堂知識得以延伸,以情境模擬的方式,鍛煉學(xué)生的語言綜合運用能力。讓學(xué)生主動參與,并積極思考,設(shè)想情景,組織語言,豐富英語課堂的內(nèi)容涵量。
活動5【作業(yè)】Homework
Retell the story to your parents.
Make a new conversation with your partners.
