語用目標(biāo) 
本節(jié)課，以教師扮演Housekeeper為主線，帶著學(xué)生進(jìn)入情境，使同學(xué)們在學(xué)習(xí)中用辯證的思想分析問題，體會(huì)不同角色的心理并給予自己的建議。本節(jié)課注重學(xué)生自主的理解與表達(dá)，且具有較強(qiáng)的
任務(wù)驅(qū)動(dòng)性，同學(xué)們可以在課堂上充分交流討論，通過合作交流，充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)積極性和主動(dòng)性，在語境交流中進(jìn)行語言的大量運(yùn)用與交際。 
教學(xué)重難點(diǎn) 
1.重點(diǎn)：能讀懂賓館反饋意見并正確尋找關(guān)鍵信息 
2.難點(diǎn)：能利用關(guān)鍵信息嘗試復(fù)述意見中主要存在的問題，并嘗試提出解決方法
學(xué)生通過理解，改編文本，最后小組合作進(jìn)行表演。 
課前準(zhǔn)備 
電腦，課件，postcards，housekeeper服飾和帽子，圖片等。
