任教的2018屆（1）班的學(xué)生在和老師一年的共同努力下，對(duì)英語(yǔ)產(chǎn)生了濃厚的興趣，學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言綜合運(yùn)用能力比較強(qiáng)。踏實(shí)、勤奮、靈活、好奇是這個(gè)班學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)，英語(yǔ)課上他們敢于大膽提問(wèn)，主動(dòng)參與，并積極配合老師。但由于學(xué)生日常英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的純英語(yǔ)環(huán)境不夠充分，所以學(xué)生的聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力略顯不足。在口語(yǔ)表達(dá)上，學(xué)生習(xí)慣于用只用單詞或者短語(yǔ)來(lái)回答問(wèn)題，對(duì)于整句輸出和觀點(diǎn)闡述的段落輸出能力還有待進(jìn)一步提高。這就需要老師最大程度地去創(chuàng)設(shè)英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言環(huán)境，學(xué)生需要老師更多鼓勵(lì)。 （二）教材分析 
本節(jié)課是“Go for it” 教材八年級(jí)上第五單元第四課時(shí)閱讀課。整個(gè)單元圍繞學(xué)習(xí)表達(dá)自己對(duì)電視節(jié)目的喜好展開(kāi)討論，通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)各種不同的電視節(jié)目的表達(dá)，不同喜好程度的表達(dá)，教材設(shè)計(jì)情景學(xué)習(xí)，熟練運(yùn)用句型，從而達(dá)到能用所學(xué)語(yǔ)言交流的目的。本節(jié)課是本單元最難的部分—閱讀課；同時(shí)本節(jié)課的文章也是學(xué)生們進(jìn)入初中以來(lái)教材中遇到的最長(zhǎng)的一篇閱讀文章。教學(xué)內(nèi)容和教學(xué)重點(diǎn)就是通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)Section B的文章，意識(shí)到電視節(jié)目或各種卡通人物是文化的象征，同時(shí)。通過(guò)討論、閱讀策略（skim，scan, carefully reading）的訓(xùn)練、答題競(jìng)賽、采訪與被采訪等方式達(dá)到能用英語(yǔ)表達(dá)自己的思想的目的。本節(jié)課內(nèi)容雖然多，教學(xué)任務(wù)重，但Mickey這個(gè)卡通角色很受學(xué)生喜歡，有利于激起學(xué)生的參與意識(shí)和表達(dá)自己的想法，更主要的是通過(guò)了解Mickey的更多內(nèi)容及卡通折射文化，擴(kuò)大學(xué)生的知識(shí)面，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的文化意識(shí)。第四課時(shí)在整個(gè)單元中起到了深化和擴(kuò)展的作用。因此本節(jié)課的教學(xué)重點(diǎn)就落在閱讀策略的培養(yǎng)和卡通文化的熟悉，通過(guò)課堂實(shí)踐，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生對(duì)本單元的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行鞏固和深化的同時(shí)，達(dá)到培養(yǎng)學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的目的。 （三）教學(xué)內(nèi)容

We always believe that nothing is difficult if we try our best to do it. 用這句格言很貼切地奠定本節(jié)課的情感目標(biāo): 學(xué)習(xí)Mickey勇于戰(zhàn)勝困難，勇于挑戰(zhàn)，盡自己最大的努力去實(shí)現(xiàn)自己夢(mèng)想的精神。 2．Pre-reading. (6mins.) 
(1)由學(xué)生非常親切熟悉的、自己正在就讀的學(xué)校引入，介紹目標(biāo)詞匯,了解熟悉閱讀關(guān)鍵詞symbol，famous, culture，cartoon character， simple 以及初步明白不同的文化都有它典型的象征物。   (2)學(xué)生最熟悉的中國(guó)卡通代表作《喜洋洋和灰太狼》學(xué)習(xí)并運(yùn)用重點(diǎn)短語(yǔ)not so „as„。通過(guò)課件圖片學(xué)習(xí), 同時(shí)操練目標(biāo)語(yǔ)言 not so „as„。 
(3) 通過(guò)教師的板書板畫和肢體語(yǔ)言自然過(guò)渡到象征美國(guó)文化的卡通人物Mickey。通過(guò)借助PPT圖片展示有關(guān)Mickey的產(chǎn)品，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生意識(shí)到Mickey的受歡迎程度。
