1. 通過對(duì)標(biāo)題和教材圖片的解讀,理解兩者在文本中的作用,推測(cè)文本題材和文本內(nèi)容;
2. 通過略讀,提升對(duì)議論文本的概括能力;能運(yùn)用細(xì)讀技巧,分析直接問題和禮貌請(qǐng)求語(yǔ)句的區(qū)別,提高從文本獲取信息的能力;
3. 通過深度并借助文中語(yǔ)句,交流與分析禮貌用語(yǔ)的特點(diǎn),提高文本解構(gòu)能力,增強(qiáng)探究意識(shí)和語(yǔ)用能力;

Step2 Task 1 Skimming Read the article and underline the topic sentence for each paragraph.(P22) (5mins)
Paragraph 1. When you visit a foreign country, it is important to know how to ask for help politely.
Paragraph 2. Good speakers change the way they speak in different situations.
Paragraph 3. Usually polite questions are longer. Paragraph 4. However , it is important to learn to use the right language in different situations.
Step3 Task 2 Scanning Find all the direct questions and polite
requests from the passage. (7mins)
