Step 1 Greeting & Warm up

3. Play a guessing game
T: Look at the picture. Do you know these boys and girls? S: Yes.
T: Great. Who are they? Let’s guess one by one. Who is this? (出示圖片中人物頭像的一部分,讓學生猜測)Use “This is… He’s\She’s my friend.” to answer. S1: This is Su Hai. She’s my friend. T: Who is this?

1. Creating situation:
T: Look! Can you guess what are they looking at? S:看相冊、看照片

T: Great! Today we’re going to learn Unit4 My family. (板書課題My family, 示意齊讀課題Unit4 My Family兩遍) 2. Learn the new words:

T: Yes, Tim is Mike’s brother.(卡片呈現人物單詞brother并教讀)
S: brother, brother是兄弟 (齊讀) T: Who’s this girl? S: She’s Helen. T: She’s Mike’s… S: sister
T: Good job! Helen is Mike’s sister. (卡片呈現人物單詞sister并教讀) S: sister, sister是姐姐,sister, sister是妹妹 (男女分讀)

先聽T讀一讀,再跟音樂齊讀,后男女分工讀(clap hands)共讀3次,鞏固新詞和This is…句型。 4. Play a game

Step 3 Story time
1. Watch and answer
T: Do you want to know more about Mike’s family. Now let’s watch how does he introduce? And answer how many people are there in Mike’s family? S: Five

T: How does he introduce his family? Open your books turn to page 24 and 25, find the answers.

本課設計思路
1、在本節課導入部分,以歌曲“Family song”導入問題Do you like singing?。結合課文部分的第一幅圖片,了解故事的主要人物角色。
2、接下來通過觀察圖片,揭示課文主旨,也是單元主題My family。然后呈現Mike家人的照片,分別學習四個主要家庭成員的詞匯father, mother, brother, sister?梢韵葟娜宋锏拿秩胧郑龠^渡到人物之間的關系。最好先教brother和sister,father、mother的構詞與brother相近,因此可以引導學生根據brother的發音嘗試認讀father和mother。當然,新詞教授的過程中,也要靈活運用學生資源,勢必有學生已經學習過這些單詞,可以讓他們充當小老師,給其他學生作示范,指導新詞的發音。在熟悉新詞的基礎上,結合新句型This is …鞏固詞匯。
3、在課文學習部分,先讓學生嘗試運用已學的詞匯和句型進行家庭成員介紹,然后再通過看動畫,學習其他新的表達,讓學生感受一種學習的過程。課文朗讀部分,先齊讀,再自己讀,有能力的學生也可以脫離書本介紹。給予不同層次的學生以表現的機會。
4、課文學習后,圍繞本單元主題family,進行了適當的情感提升。播放了一個關于family的公益廣告,情感升華的同時,也為學生下一節課的學習做鋪墊。
5、作業的布置考慮到了課內知識的復習鞏固和課外知識的拓展延伸,旨在培養學生聽讀能力的同時發展學生綜合運用語言的能力和自學能力。

教學反思:
1、成功的經驗
本課的話題為介紹家庭成員。在承接Unit3用He’s/She’s my friend.介紹朋友后,本單元進一步學習如何介紹家庭成員,相互問候,引導學生熱愛親人,啟發他們的家庭自豪感。學生學習了前三個單元的基礎之上能相互打招呼,并能夠相互做自我介紹,讓他人認識自己。尤其是在Unit3中已學過介紹自己的朋友,學生對he和she的用法有初步了解?偟膩碚f本節課的教學設計有以下幾點巧妙之處:
1) 整堂課的教學流程還是相對比較緊湊,按計劃完成了本堂課的教學內容。 2) 學生課堂紀律把控比較到位,學生都能安靜的按照要求認真聽講。 3) 教學內容達到了本堂課的四會要求,學生操練比較及時,新知識掌握基本到位。課文朗讀部分,先齊讀,再自己讀,有能力的學生也可以脫離書本介紹。給予不同層次的學生以表現的機會。
4) 課文學習后,圍繞本單元主題family,進行了適當的情感提升,播放了一個關于family的公益廣告,情感升華的同時,也為學生下一節課的學習做鋪墊。 2、有待改進的方面:
1) 新單詞教授形式單一,缺少對學生一對一新詞發音情況的抽測。學生讀新詞的形式應該多樣化,可以采用開火車讀,分小組讀,男女分讀等多種形式,讓學生有足夠的操練。
2)缺少課堂活動。本堂課的教學形式還是相對比較原始,以老師講,學生學為主。之后的課堂應該多增加一些教學活動,如:游戲教學、配音、邊學邊演等活動。提高學生的課堂積極性,多讓學生參與到教學過程中。 3)在教學過程中應該以鼓勵為主,盡量多表揚孩子的課堂行為。 4)本課結束時缺少家庭作業的布置。 3、學生還需加強的方面:
1)This is發音容易含混不清,要引導學生觀察口型模仿。
2)家庭成員名稱不夠熟練,father, mother等th發音,口型容易不到位。
