1) Status of the Students （學(xué)情分析）
This teaching plan is designed for Grade Eight (8年級) students. Three main characteristics of the students at this age are striking.
1 Games and competitions are their favorite ways of learning. Visual aid is important for their study too. Games, competitions and activities are designed to make sure students will have a fun time in this class.（他們對小組競爭感興趣）
2 Some of them are quick learners while some are slow ones. So the teacher tries to use the hierarchical teaching method to help them from different levels.（學(xué)生的水平有分層）
3 Intentional memories are still their major way of learning. So this teaching plan pays a lot of attention to connecting the knowledge with their daily life and tries to use their intentional attention and involuntary attention effectively such as showing the pictures and playing games. （他們關(guān)注與生活相關(guān)的事物）
 
2) Description of the Text Book （材料分析）
1 This is the second period of Chapter 5, which is about the reading part “An exchange visit in educational and interesting”. (文章關(guān)于國外學(xué)生到中國交流的經(jīng)歷，非常有趣和具有教育意義)
2 Not only the difficult new words but also the connection between the text and the students’ daily life, especially for the basic learners. （難點(diǎn)在于怎樣理解文化差異，和增進(jìn)文化交流，繼而增強(qiáng)學(xué)生名族自豪感，是本課的重點(diǎn)）
 
3) Teaching Aims  (教學(xué)目標(biāo))
1 Knowledge （知識(shí)）
Students will be able to use the words and the phrases in the text; eg.educational, friendly , fantastic,etc.
Students will be able to understand the text well and find out detailed information
2 Learning Strategies （學(xué)習(xí)策略）
Students manage the pre-reading skill, intensive reading skill and the extensive
reading skill well and can conclude them in each relevant reading step.
3 Competences能力培養(yǎng)
Students will be able to learn individually as well as cooperatively;（小組合作）
Students will be able to learn how to raise questions and do a public report.

1 Key Points: To understand the passage and manage the reading skills well;
           To think about the beauty of things of our daily life.
2 Difficulties: To discuss the beauty of things in our daily life by using the Reasoning Chart;
            To interview others and try to report others’ words

教學(xué)反思：
     本課是關(guān)于外國學(xué)生到中國進(jìn)行文化交流的經(jīng)歷，因此課文的學(xué)習(xí)要有4維目標(biāo), 即語言，學(xué)習(xí)策略，能力，情感與價(jià)值觀，而這4維中最重要的情感與價(jià)值觀的建立，幫助孩子們建立正確的世界觀和價(jià)值觀，增強(qiáng)孩子對祖國的熱愛。
通過對文章的導(dǎo)讀，略讀，精讀，完成了語言點(diǎn)的學(xué)習(xí)和學(xué)習(xí)策略的學(xué)習(xí)，通過小組合作和小組競爭培養(yǎng)孩子們和他人合作的能力，通過提問，引導(dǎo)和最后的展示環(huán)節(jié)，讓孩子們了解到國外的文化和現(xiàn)狀，更珍惜現(xiàn)在國內(nèi)擁有的一切。通過對他國文化的了解，更感受到中國歷史的悠久和文化的博大精深。
 英語課堂要實(shí)現(xiàn)通過對語言的學(xué)習(xí)，對各國文化的了解，增強(qiáng)孩子們的民族自豪感，并培養(yǎng)中國文化傳播使者。
另外需要思考的地方是如何通過云平臺(tái)和信息手段使課堂形式更豐富。本課運(yùn)用了云平臺(tái)的教材資源，錄音資源和聚焦等功能，一定程度上豐富了課堂的形式增加了老師使用資源的便利。另一方面采取的同屏的功能，老師能夠自由在學(xué)生間走動(dòng)同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)對白板展現(xiàn)的控制。善用科技手段對教學(xué)資源進(jìn)行整合，也是對未來教師提出的新要求。
