   3) it’s a picture book that Sharain made with voice.      Yesterday. 
   (It was 7 o’clock am. ) It’s time for breakfast.  Breakfast, breakfast, breakfast.    I have a hamburger, eggs and milk. What do you have for breakfast?    (It was12 o’clock)It’s time for lunch. Lunch, lunch, lunch.    I have fish, chicken, rice and soup. What do you have for lunch?    (It’s 6 o’clock p.m.) It’s time for dinner. Dinner, dinner, dinner.    I have dumplings and orange juice.What do you have for dinner?   4) T teaches ss these three words, breakfast, lunch, dinner. 
  5) “What do you have for your meals?”Ss review some words about food with pictures. They are noodles, bread, meat, fish, eggs, chicken, hot dog, rice, hamburger, sandwich, fish and chips...   6) Three ss answers,”What do you have for breakfast/ lunch/dinner? ””I had....” Ⅱ. While-reading 1. Lead-in  
  T presents Lingling,”This is our old friend-Lingling. Do you know what did Lingling have yesterday？ Let’s have a look.” 2. Skimming 
  Listen and watch once. Then answer. 
 Q1: Who are they in the text?            Damming, Lingling and Fanfan.  Q2: What did Daming got from Lingling?       -----Daming got ______ from Llingling.

  Ss learn the left text by themselves and finish the mind map in groups. (5 minutes) T goes around the classroom and find what the difficult points in their own learning. Then T checks answers and give ss some guidance by asking questions and finish the mind map.     “What dose it say?”T teaches ss to read it and tell them the Chinese.   1) Q4: What did she have for breakfast?   She had eggs and sausages.   2) Q5: What did she have for lunch?      She had sandwiches.

  4)“Fish and chips is a traditional English dish(fish-dish).” Then video is shown for ss to know about the fish and chips. 
  5) Ss should pay attention to the past-tense “have-had”. Ss should take notes.   6) Dose Lingling like English food? Yes, she dose.   She says it’s delicious. 4. Ss retell the story together with the mind map. 5. True or false. If it’s F, ss should explain the reason.   1) Daming got an email from Fanfan.             2) Lingling had eggs and sausages for breakfast.   3) Lingling had fish and chips for lunch.   4) Fish and chips is a traditional English dish.   5) Lingling doesn’t like English food.  
6.  Ss read this passage sentence by sentence. Ss should pay attention to the tone and tune. Then ss read the passage with their own ways that they like. Or group leader helps group members.  7. Emotional thoughts. Q: Is Lingling's diet healthy or unhealthy? Ss answer with their own ideas. Ⅲ. Post-reading
